I. General Information

This task aims to repaint the cockpit panel of RP-C7636 Fokker 50.

Required no. of Work Hours : 8 Man Hours


Required no. of Personnel : 5 Man Power

II. Task Objective

1.) To clean the cockpit panel properly.

2.) To repaint and return the cockpit panel in the aircraft to its original state.

3.) To be able to perform and complete the task in time.

4.) Gain knowledge and experience .

Warning:
● Use protective equipment when conducting the task to avoid getting electric shocks.
● Make sure that all switches are closed before touching any wirings.
● This task involves the use of wirings, which can be extremely dangerous if not handled properly.
● Electrical hazards can cause burns, shocks, and electrocutions.
● Do not place any wet materials near the work proper.

Caution:
● Sharp edges on the aircraft interior may cause damage to the wire insulation.
● Ensure that the terminals are free from corrosions.

IV. Procedures

Cabin Light Installation Procedure Date: Performed by: Checked by:

1. Always wear proper uniform and safety equipment.

2. Gather all tools, equipment, and materials needed for


lavatory walls Installation. Place it in one place to ensure
a clean working space.
3. Evaluate the lavatory to identify the suitable material
for replacement. Check the lavatory thoroughly for any
damages that need repair.
4. Remove the walls from the lavatory by removing the
screws .

5. Examine existing wiring pathways and access points


to determine the most optimal routes for routing new
wiring, ensuring it does not interfere with other
systems.
6. Guide the wiring from each light fixture to the
assigned power source, utilizing established wiring
paths and ensuring cables are firmly secured to prevent
chafing or any form of interference.
7. Connect the cabin light wiring to the aircraft's
electrical system.
8. Perform a thorough functional test of the entire
cabin lighting system, checking for proper operation of
each light fixture, switch, and dimmer.
9. After the soldering lead dries, use the electrical tape
or shrinkable tube to protect the exposed wirings.
10. Gather all the materials and equipment that are
used in cabin light installation.
