This is to inform you about a patient named Mrs. Radha Devi Dewan, 52 years female, admitted in our
center with the diagnosis of CALLA (+) VE, Ph (+) VE B-CELL ALL. She is currently under Induction phase
of Elderly BFM protocol and Imatinib (being provided by Patan Hospital). As many of our Ph (+) ve B-cell
ALL patients who received Imatinib in past had CNS relapse later, we are planning to give her Dasatinib
instead of Imatinib.
We humbly request you to evaluate the case and provide her with Dasatinib if appropriate. We look
