Confidentiality Agreement

Dear Philippe, Charlotte,

I have been approached to participate in the BX Project Management Challenge 2023.

I am aware that in the frame of these projects, highly confidential information is available to team
members. I am aware as well that any unauthorized disclosure of this information outside of the
Airbus / Subsidiaries Industrial Footprint projects teams could have significant negative effects on
Airbus overall.

I will thus keep confidential the status and contents of my contribution and the contributions of other
team members of Airbus / Subsidiaries Industrial Footprint projects, which will be made available to
me. I shall not discuss its content outside the project team. If I am unsure as to whether a person is
part of the Airbus / Subsidiaries Industrial Footprint task forces or projects teams I will not share any
information with such a person without prior consultation with my Airbus focal point. I further agree to
immediately notify my Airbus focal point upon becoming aware of any violation of the Project
confidentiality obligations, no matter how minor.

Confidential information excludes any information which at the time of disclosure is, or subsequently
becomes, public knowledge other than as a result of information being disclosed in breach of the
present obligations.

The present commitments shall last until the time of formal notification of completion of Airbus /
Subsidiaries Industrial Footprint projects; after finalization of the mission I will handle any information,
which I obtained during the project, in such a manner as to prevent its dissemination in violation of this
special confidentiality obligation.

I acknowledge that any breach of the herein obligations would constitute a serious and willful
misconduct as an employee of Airbus and may lead to appropriate disciplinary action.
