A. Answer the given guide questions below and justify your answer.

1. How important is stretching exercise in improving performance?

I think stretching before a workout is great for our body; it warms up our
body, prepare it for an exercise, and therefore improve the performance.

2. Are there psychological benefits from exercise?

The only psychological benefits that I have gained are confidence; I


become more outgoing and socially active with friends. I have also gained self-
discipline and self-esteem.

3. As a working or full-time student not to mention the addiction of student to Internet or


video games including social networking sites, how will you maintain your physical
fitness?

What I do is sleep early, wake up early at around 2 o’clock in the morning,


and perform my workout. I do not play that much video games but I do have mild
addiction towards social networking sites and the only to combat my addiction is
to gain self-discipline and consistency through my workouts.

4. Based from your personal assessment, do you think you should change your
lifestyle? Describe the ideal transformation.
I think the lifestyle that I have is great but I do want to achieve even more
confidence and discipline and of course gain a better physique. I think that’s my
kind of transformation where I still do what love to do but still have discipline.
