This Contract to Sell is entered by and between

hereto attached as Annex “A”.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR was given FULL SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY thru extra judicial settlement
with waiver of the heirs of ______________, the sole owner of Lot _____________, covered by Transfer

WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy the portion of the above-mentioned property with an area of
___________________________ of the above-mentioned property and the VENDOR has agreed to sell
the same;

and of the covenants hereinafter set forth, the VENDOR agrees to sell and the VENDEES agree to buy the
above-described parcel of land subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. That the VENDEES shall pay the VENDOR the sum of ________________________________- upon the

2. That after the Title has been transferred by the VENDOR, she will execute a Deed of Absolute Sale in
