PI 113 Node B Upper Control Box Wiring Modification Eng
PI 113 Node B Upper Control Box Wiring Modification Eng
Description perimeter:
Sensors wiring supply modification inside the upper control box.
Node B and corresponding sensors have not the same supply wiring and may generate sensors
incoherence.
The use of this card implies that its user is trained on this kind of machine and that this training
was delivered by Haulotte or an authorised representative, following the program for DIAG
LEVEL II
It is important that the person performing the work on the machine knows all the relative safety
information contained in the instruction manual
Machines concerned:
All machines fitted with node B module:
HA20PX / HA61JRT
HA260PX / HA80JRT
HA41PX-NT / HA130JRT-NT
H28TJ+ / HB86TJ+
H43TPX / HB135JRT

4. Safety instructions
- The technician should take all steps to protect themselves or others against all risks of
injury related to this intervention
- The technician should ensure they have the PPE (personal protective equipment)
suitable for the job and the particular conditions of environment in witch the material can
be found (see safety information specific to the operation site)
- Cut the contact, to remove the key, open the battery cut if fitted
- Place a `DO NOT USE' label near the start/stop contactor (key switch) to inform
personnel that interventions are currently underway on the equipment.
- The pressure in the hydraulic system is very important. It can cause accidents. Relieve
the pressure before any intervention and never search for oil leaks using your hands.
- Attention to the risks of burns, the hydraulic system works at high temperatures.
- The exhaust fumes of the engines contain harmful products of combustion. Only start
and run the engine in a well ventilated Area. In a closed room, you must use a suitable
system to evacuate the exhaust to the outside

8. Complementary operations
HA20PX, HA260PX and H43TPX / HA61JRT, HA80JRT and HB135JRT:
A new overload calibration is required.
HA41PX-NT / HA130JRT-NT:
New reach limitation and overload calibrations are required.
H28TJ+ / HB86TJ+:
New basket compensation, reach limitation and overload calibrations are required.
9. Checks
Make complete tests of the machine.
