Parking Policy

Re: Basement Parking of Reandi Plaza

In lieu to accommodate tenants' and visitors' need for parking, we have made some new rules
and regulations which will be effective immediately.

Cars

1. Tenants with a unit of not less than 380 sqm (whole floor) will be given 1 free assigned
parking slot.
a.) For additional, (if available) you may avail of an additional assigned parking space
for 4,500 a month (monthly renewable contract, 1 slot per unit only).

2. Tenants with a unit of less than 380 sqm, may avail an exclusive assigned parking at 4000 a
month (maximum of 1 slot).

3. For Employees, guests, and visitors, unsupervised cars are allowed to be parked in the
basement with park at your own risk policy every 6 am to 10 pm.

4. All Cars parked at free slot after 10 pm will be charged with an overnight parking fee of 250
pesos.

5. Free slots are 1st come 1st served basis

6. Unauthorized parking is not allowed.

Motorcycles

1. Motorcycles are free of charge on 1st come 1st served basis every 6 am to 10 pm.
2. Only tenants, guests, and visitors are allowed to park
3. Overnight parking will start at 10pm. all motorcycles will be charged 100 per night
4. Motorcycles not parked properly will be charged with a 20 pesos penalty.
5. Unauthorized parking is not allowed within the vicinity.

General rules:

1. Loitering penalty of 100 pesos

2. Vandalism is not allowed (penalty 500.00)
3. Unruly parking with a penalty for motorcycles 20 pesos and for cars 50 pesos.
4. Damages caused by misbehavior will be subject to a penalty twice the value or damaged
property.
