electrical post within our school premises, have grown to a size where their branches and foliage
are obstructing the wires. This obstruction not only compromises the efficiency of the electrical
system but also poses potential hazards to the well-being of our students, staff, and the
surrounding community.

In line of these circumstances, I humbly request your office's support in coordinating the
necessary actions to prune or remove these trees as the municipal government has always been
an essential partner in our efforts to provide a conducive learning environment.
