    This pertains to your leEer dated January 22, 2024, acGng on the complaint of Spouses LeGcia
    and Rostum Macale.

    The summary hearing for the complaint has been iniGally set on January 26, 2024 at 9:30 in the
    morning, however we hereby regreOully inform the honorable office that we cannot aEend said
    hearing due to conflict of schedule of assessment and strategic meeGng on the same date in
    Lucena Quezon and my brother on the other hand is based in La Union and cannot aEend the
    same since he has hearing also on the said date.

    With this, we are constrained to respecOully request the honorable Lupon to reset the hearing of
    this complaint to another date preferably Monday or Tuesday aUer this hearing subject to the
    availability of the honorable Lupon’s calendar.
