Introduction In the realm of brand management, innovation and adaptability
are pivotal for sustained success. This proposal outlines a
dynamic branding strategy for Johor Horse Carriage, Tanjung
Balau, crafted by a diligent brand management student. The
focus is on introducing the JHC Zoo-lunteer program and a
tailored social media strategy, with the target market being
families. The central brand message, "JHC Delights: Creating
Family Memories in Every Stride," underscores our commitment
to enhancing family experiences.

This proposal is a culmination of rigorous research, strategic


thinking, and creative insights, aligning with academic principles
and industry relevance. The subsequent sections detail the
objectives, date & venue, tentative, budget estimation, list
participants for the JHC Zoo-lunteer program and social media
branding strategy. Our goal is to position Johor Horse Carriage
as a facilitator of cherished memories, fostering brand loyalty
and market prominence.

Objectives 1. Enhance Brand Engagement

The primary objective is to elevate brand engagement by


introducing the JHC Stable Squad (volunteer program).
This initiative aims to actively involve families in the
Johor Horse Carriage experience, creating profound
connections and unforgettable moments. Through this,
we anticipate fostering lasting relationships and building
brand loyalty.

2. Optimize Online Visibility

A pivotal focus will be placed on enhancing Johor Horse


Carriage's online visibility through a tailored social
media branding strategy. By strategically curating
engaging content, promotions, and interactive campaigns,
we seek to expand our reach to families. A strengthened
online presence is integral to attracting new customers
and retaining existing ones, aligning with contemporary
consumer behaviors.
3. Exemplary Project Management Proficiency

This project aims to enhance the student's project


management skills by successfully executing the JHC
JHC Stable Squad (volunteer program) and social media
branding strategy. The objective is to refine
organizational and time-management abilities,
demonstrating the student's capability to navigate
complexities, mitigate risks, and deliver successful
outcomes within defined timelines. This hands-on
experience underscores practical application and
contributes to the student's professional growth in brand
management.

JHC Stable Squad Activity Plan

1.0 Objective
Elevate Brand Engagement through JHC Stable Squad

1.1 Introduction
The JHC Stable Squad initiative is designed to actively involve families in the Johor Horse
Carriage experience, fostering lasting connections and building brand loyalty. The following
activity plan outlines the tasks and activities under the JHC Stable Squad program.

1.2 Activities
1.2.1 Horse Stable Cleaning
● Objective: Ensure the well-being of our horses and maintain a clean, safe
environment.
● Activity: Volunteers will be trained in proper horse stable cleaning procedures,
including removal of waste, arranging bedding, and sanitizing stable areas.

1.2.2 Horse Food & Drink


● Objective: Provide hands-on experience in horse care and nutrition.
● Activity: Volunteers will assist in preparing and serving food and drinks for the
horses, learning about proper nutrition and feeding schedules.

1.2.3 Horse Carriage Cleaning


● Objective: Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of Johor Horse Carriages.
● Activity: Volunteers will be responsible for cleaning and polishing the horse
carriages, ensuring they are presentable and well-maintained.

1.2.4 Garbage Disposal


● Objective: Foster a clean and eco-friendly environment around the stables.
● Activity: Volunteers will manage garbage disposal, segregating waste, and
ensuring proper disposal practices.

1.3 Training and Orientation


● All volunteers will undergo an orientation session to familiarize them with horse care and
safety protocols.
● Task-specific training sessions will be conducted to ensure volunteers are proficient in
their assigned activities.

1.4 Recognition and Rewards


● Acknowledge the efforts of JHC Stable Squad volunteers through a recognition program,
including e-certificates.

1.5 Evaluation
● Conduct periodic evaluations to gather feedback from volunteers and assess the
program's effectiveness.
● Use feedback to make necessary adjustments and improvements to the JHC Stable Squad
initiative.

By implementing this activity plan, Johor Horse Carriage aims to create a mutually beneficial

● Video Style: Develop a behind-the-scenes video showcasing the meticulous
