I. GOAL

The students' goal is to develop an effective disaster management strategy through a


community action plan that focuses on risk mitigation and community resilience. Their goal is to
propose a well-researched and effective strategy that addresses the community's vulnerability to
catastrophes.

II. ROLE

Students will take on the roles of researchers, analysts, and speakers as students. They are in
charge of performing research, and developing a comprehensive disaster management strategy that is
suited to the requirements of the community.

III. AUDIENCE

Students primary audience is their subject teacher, who will analyze and advise on their
recommended strategy. Secondary audiences may also include fellow students.

IV. SITUATION

The following mechanics must be followed:

1. This major-performance task is a group work (same group with MINI-PT).


2. You are grouped with 7 members per section.
3. The said output must be submitted on February 24, 2024.
4. Team Leaders are responsible for submitting the list of the members with remarks on their individual
tasks/contributions.
5. The hard copy of the file must be printed on clean A4 bond paper, font size 11, font style Arial Narrow,
Justified. Failure to follow this format will have a demerit in your major PT score.
6. Answers must be encoded and not written.
7. The softcopy of the file must be uploaded in the google classroom (COR 010) in PDF form. Only the
leader will upload the file.
8. A printed copy of the file must be submitted before the deadline.
