Position:
Line Captain – B737 fleet
Contract Length:
1year, renewable upto 3 years
Salary:
USD 9,000 per month (net of taxes)
Bonus:
USD 6,000 Bonus on completion of 6 months, paid twice a year for each year in service.
Accommodation:
Airline will provide you with a Hotel accommodation with breakfast during training, post which
you will move to your base. Hotel accommodation for the first 15 (fifteen) days will be provided
at the base as well, post which you will be required to move into your own accommodation and a
monthly housing allowance of INR 60,000 will be payable to you towards your accommodation.
Overtime:
USD 125 for every hour, over 80 block hrs/ month (net of taxes)
Base:
Mainly Trichi, Kannur, Calicut or any other base in India where the Airline operates, as per its
requirements at the given point in time.
Sick Leave:
Pilots are entitled of a maximum of 15 days paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for any part year)
Taxation:
Taxes on your salary in India will be borne by the Proctor and we will give you a Tax certificate
at the end of the financial year. India has double tax avoidance treaty with most countries globally
however, please note that the Pilot will be responsible for taxation in his/her home country.
Travel Benefits:
The Airline shall provide the Pilot and his/her immediate family members with benefits of ID
travel after Line release, subject to the Airline’s policies.
Excess Luggage:
The Airline shall provide the Pilot with free of charge excess baggage allowance of 50 kgs at the
commencement and termination of their assignment.
Ground Transport:
All local transport for duty will be provided.
Medical Insurance:
Medical Insurance will be provided by Proctor Aviation
Selection Process:
Stage 1: Application form completion and Basic documents required: Complete the Application
form and send it back to us along with the below mentioned documents:
1. ATPL
2. Class 1 Medical Certificate
3. FRTOL/Radio Telephony License (in case if the same is not mentioned on the ATPL)
4. ELP Endorsement/Certificate (in case if the same is not mentioned on the ATPL)
5. Instrument Rating and Pilots Proficiency Check
6. First and latest pages of Logbook, reflecting minimum 500 hours flown on the B737NG
aircraft
7. Passport copy
8. Passport size photograph
Stage 2: Assessment and Interview: We will arrange for your Sim Assessment and Interview with
the Management. Proctor Aviation will be responsible for all costs associated with candidates
attending a screening/selection process. Such costs will include air tickets (on Air India Express
network), accommodation, ground transport, simulator.
On completion of Virtual Interview, Simulator Screenings will be conducted, locations to be
announced.
Stage 3: DGCA Procedures and Joining Formalities: On completion of Assessment and Interview,
we will initiate Indian DGCA approval applications, VISA processing and joining documentation
process.
