Scope – Engineering.

This scope basically deals with the Pre-Project activities. As such a total set of
technical documentation is a basic need to begin the development of design aspects
for any Water Heating System. BENCHMARK AGENCIES PVT. LTD. would provide
the necessary assistance for the preparation of documentation in the following areas,
jointly, with client to perform the following activities under this scope.

1. Finalization of Installed Storage and Running Capacities for the hot water
including the parameters like Temperature, Pressure, and Time Slots etc.

2. Updating philosophy for the subsystems of incoming cold water and out going
hot water for further distribution including the piping layout to be decided and taken
up at the client’s end.

3. Classification of Hot water quality / purity for various applications like kitchen,
bathrooms, room heating, chemical process, sanitation, air conditioning etc. and
any additional treatment required for softening, pH control, demineralization etc.

4. Feasibility study for expansion of the existing system OR to incorporate the

hybrid version by adding alternate source of energy.

5. Finalization of the optional requirements like gas back up system, pumping

system, Remote access, Data logging, Time of Use etc. The equipments involved
with the relevant features and capacities are to be decided simultaneously.

• Above activities have been considered by us as extremely necessary

• Consultation, Suggestions, Liaison with Architect or other agencies, Visit to the

site or meetings at Client’s place is chargeable and later adjustable with the
system cost.

• Maintenance services and scope is separately negotiable.

• BENCHMARK reserves INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS of the system

architecture, control philosophy and application engineering. The design secrecy
is preserved and is completely excluded from any technical discussion /
engineering services mentioned above.

➢ Any liaison / discussion / communication with government / Private

Authorities like water supply / electric power supply / Pollution Control
Board / energy conservation authorities etc.

➢ Any type additional control / Monitoring equipment other than

mentioned in our scope of supply like Regulators, ELCB, Isolators etc.

➢ All type of plumbing to tank and heat pump with material and labor etc.

➢ All type of wiring for heat pump and electric heater with material and
labor etc.

➢ Weather protection shed for heat pump and electric control panel.

Scope – Erection :

The scope of erection considered under the present quoted price is as follows:-

➢ Training your one or two personnel for the complete operation of the
system.

➢ All drawing related to system after conform the order.

➢ Prices : Firm till execution

➢ Terms of Payment : ❖ 40% advance with your order.

❖ 60% Against PI prior to dispatch the material.

➢ Taxes & Duties : Included in net amount.

➢ Validity : This offer is valid up to 30 days from the date of issue.

➢ Warranty : A Comphrensive Warranty of 18 Months after the date of

supply OR 12 Months after commissioning, whichever is
earlier. Warranty includes free replacements and
services but Excludes the incidental charges like travel,
lodging, boarding etc.

➢ Delivery : Two weeks from the date of Placement of firm order and
receipt of advance.
