My name is Reda Bakr , I am the head of agricultural engineering department in

the presidency of national services project organization NSPO which belongs to
ministry of defense in Egypt
The issue, very briefly, is that Nspo now has a farm with a net cultivated area under
pivot of 250,000 hectares in Toshka and 100,000 hectares in East ewaynat. These
giant farms need a huge number of agricultural equipment, at least hundred from
each type including combines, tractors, and plows, and have not yet completed 10%
of their need Of agricultural mechanization, they are looking forward to a strong direct
contract with a global supplier of agricultural equipment to achieve additional
concessions in prices and after-sales service, which is not available in the agents of
international companies present in Egypt who are suffering from the crisis of the
dollar shortage, lack of financial resources, doubling the prices of equipment, and
also, and most importantly, the lack of coordinators. And representatives of
international companies to open direct contact with Nspo leaders to achieve such a
contract.
My purpose in writing to you is to highlight the size of this potential contract (if it is
well prepared) and the necessity of appointing an Egyptian employee as a regional
officer to coordinate with nspo leaders, familiar with the equipment required for farms
and able to gain their trust.
I aspire, if you are interested in obtaining this contract, to be appointed as a regional

strong, deep, years-long relationships with all leaders and engineers of agricultural
mechanization in Nspo, and exploiting all my abilities and previous experience in
formulating International contracts (such as the contract to supply 3,000 pivots from
Valmont Company - the largest in the world), sales (with a small private trading
company in the field of wood and carpentry equipment), shipping laws and
procedures, documentary credits, and customs clearance).
