Greetings!

Ms. Loida A. Blanco of legal age, single, and a resident of 202 Block 6, Lot 10, Brgy. Calimag,
Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite, came to my office referring to me for possible legal action on
your failure to comply with your Kasunduan ng Sanglang Upa which you executed with her on
May 13, 2023 with witnesses Joan Debolgado and Regina R. Latorre.

Your non-compliance with your Kasunduan resulted to a Barangay Case No. 2023-11-005
wherein you again agreed on December 8, 2023 to pay your obligation in monthly instalment
Of Twelve Thousand Pesos until the end of February, 2024.

You failed to pay the monthly instalments, thus the Lupon Secretary attested by the Lupon
Chairman, issued the Certification To File Action on January 12, 2024 on the case: Kaugnay sa
Falsification of Documents.

In view thereof, and in preparation for the filing of an appropriate case in court, whether
criminal or civil, we are giving you a chance to settle this matter amicably to prevent us to
elevate this case to a court of justice of competent jurisdiction.

In the name therefore, of Ms. Loida A. Blanco, a demand is hereby made on you , to pay within
seven (7) days from your receipt hereof, the total amount of Thirty-Three Thousand Six
Hundred Pesos (P33,600.00) representing the unpaid monthly instalment, and 5% interest for
non-payment as follows:

For November, the balance of P8,500.00 (partial payment of P3,500.00 )

For December 12,000.00
For January, 2024 12,000.00
Total P32,000.00
+ 5% interest……… 1,600 00

Total amount due and collectible P33,600.00

It is suggested that you comply with this demand within the period provided you, otherwise
once this is filed in court you will shoulder the cost of litigation including damages and attorneys
fees.
