As stated above CDMA technology has given some issue to locations (Kolonnawa Agro, Regional Office (West) - Nugegoda) even with SLT CDMAs, As a result of new technology survey in Sri Lanka, Dialog 4G technology has been studied, discussed and two handsets have been tested by Electrical Engineer. Out of the 42 SLT CDMA the connections, still issues are pending at the Agro Chemical Kollonnawa (2 connections) & RO west (2 connections) only. Actions are being taken to sort the issues with the assistance from SLT offices, CPC Refinery DEM (I) has requested to replace 21 faulty Lanka Bell CDMA connections with the Dialog VoLTE connections. Furthermore, there are requests from Agro chemical (2 connections), Muthurajawela bitumen yard (01 connection), Kolonnawa stocks supervision unit (01 connection), RO West (02 connections), CPC main gate security (01 connection) for a reliable communication from the other service provider.
