Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen!

Today we celebrate the grand

opening of the newest marvel of the Local Government Unit of Nabua,
spearheaded by our ever-supportive and energetic, “the Ama kan Nabua”
Mayor Atty. Fernando D. Simbulan and in partnership with the
Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council, I present to you the BALAY
SILANGAN. We are so thankful to so many of you, who have been
with us every step of the way so that this day would finally come. My
name is Niño, and I am your host for this day.

First and foremost, I would like to introduce a few special persons to

 To start, everybody is requested to rise for the Opening Prayer to

be led by the Parish Priest of the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish,
 Reverend Father, HERBERT R. MACHADO. This will be
followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

 A welcome address will be enunciated to us by our very dynamic,

energetic, ever-supportive, the AMA KAN NABUA, MAYOR
ATTY. FERNANDO D. SIMBULAN, let's give him a big round of
applause.

Memorandum of Understanding to be led by our Municipal Mayor,

OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
