SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

an, Cebu, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint my brother , of legal
age, Filipino, married, and with address at San-Andres, Dajay, Surallah, South
Cotabato, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts to wit:

1. To process, file, submit documents, transact, pay, follow-up and claim the
result of my Application for the Correction of First Name at the Local Civil Registrar
of Surallah, South Cotabato particularly my FIRST NAME from;

2. To make, sign, execute, and deliver documents, forms, instruments, and

other pertinent papers and do all acts in favor of the principal to give full effect to
the abovementioned authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby, ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause
