A RESOLUTION ON Access to Information (School Data and Information)

WHEREAS, San Roque National High School aims to promote transparency by utilizing
various communication platforms to make school data and information accessible to school
stakeholders.

WHEREAS, San Roque National High School aims to ensure transparency in communicating
information to the school stakeholders through the SRC, Transparency Board, etc..

WHEREAS, San Roque National High School aims to establish alternative communication
platform where information regarding School Governance Council (SGC) announcements and
activities can be accessed easily.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THAT this body now in session to kindly
request MR. RIEL R. SILAO, the school publication adviser and social mobilization in-charge
to assess in delivering updated and transparent school data and information using alternative
communication platform accessible to all.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT this request be given favorable action the soonest time.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION.

A RESOLUTION ON the Recommendation on Ways of Improving the Quality of SIP, AIP,

and other DepEd Programs, projects, and activities.

WHEREAS, San Roque National High School aims to recommend ways of improving the
quality of SIP, AIP, and other DepEd Programs, projects, and activities.

WHEREAS, San Roque National High School aims to provide ways of improving the quality
of basic education services and school performance, school management and school planning
team, and its means of respecting, protecting, fulfilling, and promoting children’s rights in
the education context

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THAT this body now in session to kindly
request MR. LITO M. SERENIO, School Head and the BOD members to monitor and assess
in improving the quality of SIP, AIP, and other DepEd Programs, projects, and activities.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT this request be given favorable action the soonest time.

A RESOLUTION ON Promoting the Rights of the Child

WHEREAS, the Child and Youth Welfare Code (Presidential Decree 603) defines the rights
and responsibilities of children and the corresponding authority and obligations towards
them by their parents, the community, and the government and other duty bearers.

WHEREAS, Republic Act 7610 or an Act Providing Stronger Deterrence and Special
Protection of Children against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination. Article 1,
Section 2, provides that “it shall be the policy of the State to protect and rehabilitate children
gravely threatened or endangered by circumstances which affect or will affect their survival
and normal development over which they have no control.”

WHEREAS, San Roque National High School aims to conduct meetings on the importance of
upholding the rights of the child.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT this body now in session to kindly request
the Department of Social Welfare and Development-Macrohon together with the Supreme
Student Council to conduct seminars promoting the rights of the child.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT this request be given favorable action the soonest time.
