Advertisement for the post of Aircraft Technician at UAE

AI Engineering Services Ltd. (AIESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of AI Assets Holding Ltd. its
branch office registered at SAIF Zone, Sharjah UAE invites application from Qualified Aircraft
Technicians having sufficient Line Maintenance experience on the type of Aircraft mentioned
below for appointment on contractual basis:

Airbus A319/A320/A321with CFM56-5B and CFM LEAP 1A / Boeing 737-NG with

CFM56-7B / Boeing 737 MAX with CFM LEAP 1B / Boeing 787 with Gen X Engine

1) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS ON 01.02.2024

a. Qualification: Aircraft Maintenance/Mechanical Engineering Diploma or

equivalent/Degree from a reputed institute
b. Experience: 2 Years post qualification experience in Line/Base Maintenance on
any of the aircraft mentioned above from reputed scheduled airline/MRO along
with a minimum 1 Year work experience in UAE/GCC and holding valid Driving
License issued from UAE/GCC.
c. Age: Upper Age Limit 55 Years as on 1st February 2024

2) REMUNERATION:
All inclusive salary would be 7,000 AED which would be revised upward commensurate with
qualification and experience.

3) PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

Fixed Term Employment for a period of 2 years, extendable depending upon

requirement of AIESL. The contract can also be terminated earlier at the discretion of the
Management during the tenure of contract in the event of unsatisfactory performance.
The job is transferable to any of our operational locations at UAE.

Candidates who are found provisionally eligible would be required to appear for personal
interview at our Sharjah Office. The interview dates will be notified by e-mail upon
successful completion of registration.

Candidates are required to come with all their original certificates/credentials (proof of Date
of Birth), Education qualification, Professional certificate, experience certificate etc., including
their updated experience certificate from previous employer in support of their candidature.

The last date of receipt of application is 17:00 hours on 5th March, 2024 on the above
mentioned Email address. Applications received after the last date will not be
entertained.

5) PRE - EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL TEST FOR THE SELECTED CANDIDATES:

Selected candidates will be required to undergo medical test as per the Norms of the
Company.
The shortlisted candidates will be inducted as per vacancies being decided to be filled in
by the management subject to being found FIT in the Pre-Employment Medical
Examination.

6) GENERAL:
Management reserves all rights with regard to taking any decision, including deciding the
eligibility of the candidates in case of arising of any dispute, of this exercise and the same shall
be binding.
Preference will be given to candidates having multiple Aircraft experience.

a) The short listed candidates will be considered for engagement on the fixed term Contract
basis, subject to their medical fitness prescribed for the post.

b) Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Employment Medical examination(s). Any
additional tests, if required, the additional cost thereof will also have to be borne by the
candidate.

c) The applicant must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria as on 01/02/2024 and
that the particulars furnished by them in the application are correct in all respects.
Candidates failing to bring the relevant original and photocopy of testimonials will be
disqualified. At any stage of the Selection Process, if the particulars provided by the candidate
in the application or testimonials supplied are found incorrect/false or not meeting the
eligibility requirements prescribed for the post, the candidature is liable to be rejected and, if
appointed, services terminated without giving any notice or reasons thereof.

d) Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside

influence with regard to their engagement/selection will be considered as
DISQUALIFICATION.
