Footage of him running with music
After this footage has run through the rest
of the documentary will be chopped with
an interview. With different interview
angels.
During the interview based on what he is
explaining the footage will appear, as well
as b-roll of Wandsworth London and
running equipment.
Will then cut to an earlier date in the
challenge based on what he is talking about
in the interview, with his voice over the
footage with quiet music.
Will then cut to later date (near the end of
the 20 marathons) of him running at start
and then the end of the run (he will be tired
and I will get footage of him recovering for
e.g. ice bath) after the ice bath he will talk
about how he is nearly done with
marathons and how he is exhausted but
will do everything to get it done.
The last run will appear in text along with
the time the footage will be him warming
up whilst hyping himself up with dramatic
music and huge running montage to him
completing the run in the gap of the
montage and the completion of the run the
music will stop and from when he
completes it the music will be happier and
the footage will be his post reaction after
completing the challenge.
SCRPIT
The sound of putting on clothes and
running gear: zips and ruffling and clicks
The running sounds will be what natural
form the video with a glitch noise each cut
then for the title sequence there will be a
quick song.
The title sequence will be yellow text.
Hear an alarm and Russel turning it off
Time and date shown in text for example
Day 10/30 6:30am then text fades out

After the running sequence it will then cut
to an interview.
Based on what Russel is saying in the
interview it will to the footage he is talking
about with text fading to the time and date
of it happening along with b-roll
Text will appear of an earlier date he is
talking about during the interview.
