Zoe: "Oh my Feminism".

Everyone should understand that feminism is about equality and

respect. Good day everyone, I am an advocate for the “Oh my Feminism” advocacy, and the
person I’m with today is also a fellow advocate, Nathan.

Nathan: We have put here 3 main goals and that is to: (Read Goals)

● Foster a community that supports and uplifts each other in the fight for gender equality.
● Increase awareness about the concept of feminism and its importance in society.
● Educate people about the issues that women and other marginalized genders face.

1. What is your advocacy about?

Zoe: Feminism is more than just a term; it's a way of thinking, a movement. It's the quest for a
society in which all people have equal rights and opportunities, regardless of their gender. The
focus of our advocacy is on the feminist aspect primarily because we think that women can
make a significant contribution to the advancement of improving the world for everyone, not just
for themselves.

Nathan: Our advocacy seeks to give women the same respect and opportunities as men. Given
that women have historically been viewed as "POWERLESS," we are confident that our
advocacy can contribute to women's empowerment by creating a community that prevents the
growth of negative attitudes and mistreatment toward women.

2. Why did you choose to become an advocate of the chosen cause?

Nathan: As advocates, we have a responsibility to inform people about these concerns and to
ourselves. To stop inequality, we must combat gender stereotypes and prejudices. Policy and
program initiatives that advance gender equality must have our support. And above all, we have
to give those whose voices have been silenced and marginalized more attention and volume.
According to our vision, everyone will be treated with respect and decency, have equal access
to opportunities, and have their voice heard in the future.

Zoe: Setting boundaries, defending oneself and others, and asking for assistance when
necessary are all made possible by feminism. A time in the future when potential and worth are
not based on one's gender. That is our vision of the future, and it is the one that feminism,
specifically our advocacy strives to achieve.
3. How will you persuade your target audience?

Zoe: To begin persuading our intended audience, we will first give them an insight into the
experiences and some of the injustices that women may encounter. Many scenarios and
examples that shed light on some of the mistreatment women might experience will also be
given.

Nathan: This will allow our audience to connect and give more awareness about what women in
societies have to deal with. Embracing feminism will lead to a more equitable society. If given
equal opportunities, women could revolutionize the world’s current state, and shape it better for
the greater good.

Zoe: We MUST dispel the falsehoods that limit women.

Nathan: Gender equality is something we SHOULD all aim for.

Zoe: Women SHOULD not be discriminated against their stereotypes.

Nathan: It’s not so hard to treat everybody equally.

Zoe: And at the end of the day, we should all GO-

Nathan: FOR-

BOTH: FEMINISM.
