Please read these instructions completely and carefully before
using your new electrified bed. Please retain these instructions
including assembling instructions. They must be included in
the
case of resale. Please attend safety instructions or other markings on the
furniture or its packaging, as well as the enclosed assembly instructions.
INTENDED USE
The bed is equipped with electrical relax function which provides a cosy relax
position. The furniture has been designed and built solely for the
intended use described here and must not be misused, e.g. as ladder, hospital bed, toy (e.g.
hiding in the bedding box) or similar. It is a domestic furniture for normal room temperature
and not designed for commercial/public use, wet rooms or outdoor use! The house symbol
(symbol IEC 60417-5957 (2004-12)) on the type plate or on the power supply means that
the furniture may be only used indoors.
SAFETY WARNINGS
ATTENTION! Do not use this bed for people suffering of a physical handicap, who
are sitting/lying continuously or frequently. This product shall be used in
a frame of leisure or relaxation. This product does not comply with the
requirements for medical products.
ATTENTION! This device is not intended to be used by persons (including children
under 8 years of age) with limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and / or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a
person responsible for their safety or received instructions from them on how to use the
device safely and they actually understood the dangers.
ATTENTION! Children shall be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the device. Do not allow children to play with fixed controls and keep
remote controls away from children. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
out by children without supervision.
ATTENTION! Pacemaker wearers:
All electrical components used comply with the applicable Regulations. We still
recommend all wearers of pacemakers to consult their doctor to prevent any problems
which may occur.
WEIGHTS LIMITS
This product is tested with a load of 130kg. Loads exceeding this weight
restriction may damage the bed and/or cause injury.
The bed will structurally support this weight, provided it is evenly distributed across the
bed surface. The bed construction is not designed to support or lift this amount in the head
or foot sections alone.
MEDICAL USE DISCLAIMER
This power foundation is designed for domestic use only. It is not approved for
medical use and does not comply with medical standards.
PRODUCT RATING
Operate the mechanism of your furniture in lying position on the furniture element
which you want to adjust. The actuators built in in the furniture are
not suitable for continuous use! When the desired lying position is adjusted, please release the
button on the control panel. The buttons shall not be pressed permanently, especially because
of the risk of overheating.
The „duty cycle“ is max. T-on: 1 min / T-off: 8 min. This means that after 1 minute of
continuous operation, the operation must be paused for 8 minutes.
Further can be found technical data such as nominal voltage, output voltage and protection
class on the original transformer.
Attempting to circumvent or exceed this rating will shorten the life expectancy of the
foundation.
MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
Disconnect the supply when carrying out maintenance and cleaning! Always keep
the furniture clean and dry and protect it from oil or grease!
For all types of fabric and leather, the following instructions have to be respected:Exposure
to heat and UV radiation from sunlight may damage the cover. Radiators and heating shafts
on the floor dry out leather in particular and causes damages. Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents. A soft cloth, distilled water and possibly mild soap are recommended for
cleaning.The furniture and especially all the electrical components must be kept dry and
clean, as water entering and dirt increase the risk of electric shock!
The mechanism of your furniture is maintenance-free.
Slight noises of the fittings during use are related to construction and cannot be excluded
completely. There may be slight rubbing noises when operating the electrified function.
This is due to the surface structure of the cover material, synthetic leather or genuine
leather used and is not subject to complaints.
Note: We reserve the right to make changes in the interest of technical progress without
having to adapt the operating instructions for this machine.

Pairing method:
1. Connect the RF receiver to the OKIMAT ①.
2. Press the pairing button on the receiver 2x until the
LED turns on. You now have 10s for the pairing process.
3. Press Keys ① and ② of the handset simultaneously until
the LED on the receiver starts blinking. The blinking
confirms successful pairing.
4. According to this method (1.-3-) you can pair either a 2nd
OKIMAT for parallel operation of two beds or a RF power
outlet by using keys ③ and ④.
Note: The distance between transmitter and receiver
