This is in relation to your demand letter dated March __, 2023 stating among others the demand for me to vacate the subject property of our loan at B9 L29 Ville de Palme, Brgy. Santiago, Gen. Trias, Cavite. This humble representation secured a loan from you in the amount of Php 1,500,000.00 and executed Loan Agreement dated December 7, 2021. For a period of time I was able to comply with terms particularly from January 2022 up to March 2022 with the total amount of Php164,000.00, unfortunately hard times hit our family again which is the reason why my payments stopped. Last August 30, 2022 I asked for extension for payment of said loan and I even offered the subject property for sale to you, but you turned down the offer to sell the same to you and reiterated the demand for payment of loan this time with additional interest which increased your demand to Php2,000,000.00. After our meeting I was made to sign a document, which because of anxiety and too much stress I was forced to sign the same. Even though I asked for a copy of the same my request was turned down instead all copies of said documents were kept by you. In an earnest effort to come up with payment for the amount of Php2,000,000.00 I started looking for buyers for my property, I even sought the help of an agent Ms. Carol who happen to be one of your friend. The latter asked for money to offer and process possible sale of property but nothing materialized. When you went to go back to the United States of America last November 2022, you mentioned that ones I have the money I can transact with your sister for the payment of the above mentioned loan where I can also get my land title from and is now the subject matter of this letter. A relative of mine is willing to help me the payment of the Php2,000,000.00 and I am now asking for the chance to redeem my property as per our agreement.
I am hoping that this letter will merit your kind consideration.
