RE: MIRROR TRADING INTERNATIONAL (PTY) LTD (IN LIQUIDATION) (“MTI”)

1. We act on behalf of the joint liquidators of MTI.

2. From a communication received from our clients on 26 January 2022, creditors informed them that you have
become possessed of a privileged and confidential attorney-and-client communication (“the communication”)
between our clients and one of their attorneys, Mr Pierre Du Toit.

3. The communication is posted on your website, of which you are the owner and/or administrator, with the URL
https://getaquid.com. The communication was published under the following URL https://getaquid.com/mti-
recovery-26-jan-2022-webinar/.

4. The contents of the communication is extremely sensitive, and privileged.

5. However you obtained this letter, you are not entitled to publish the communication.

6. This letter must also been seen as a demand requesting you to remove that communication from your website
within 24 hours, failing which the liquidators reserve the right to approach a court for interdictory relief.

7. We furthermore require your written undertaking before close of business on Monday, 31 January 2022, that
you will not publish any other privileged information/documents relating to the liquidators in your possession
or that you may obtain at any stage and, should you again receive any such communications, that you will
immediately destroy same.

8. We furthermore require an undertaking from you that you will immediately communicate with the originator
of such privileged information that he/she may under no circumstances further provide you with any such
communication and we require written proof thereof.

9. Your urgent response is awaited, with full reservation of the rights of the liquidators.
