Successful project management depends not only on what you do,
but also on how you perform the task at hand. There is no doubt that
attitudes and behaviors towards others affect the way these people
respond to you, and these tips can help win the support of project
workers.
1- Be a responsible person:

Understanding the reason helps you to ensure that you respond
correctly, increase motivation and sales, and you should share your
information with others.

You can view all problems as challenges and, therefore, find a way to
overcome such challenges. Be creative, flexible and consistent. You have
to constantly work on the problem in order to be able to address it.
3- Do not make assumptions:
Take the time to research the facts. Use assumptions only when they are the
best and only solution. If a danger arises with each assumption, it means that
you are wrong. The fewer assumptions, the more confident you are in the plan
you have for the project.
4- Be clear and specific:
Your communication with others should be clear. Be specific and let people
know exactly what you mean. You should also tell them what they should do
and what you would do for them. And you might think that the more
mysterious you are, the more freedom you have. In fact, this ambiguity
increases the chances of misunderstanding.
5- Respect for others:
Try to focus on people's strengths, not weaknesses. Try to find anything in this
person that warrants your respect for him. People work hard and often enjoy
what they do if they find people around them who appreciate their work.
6- See people as your collaborators and not your enemies:
Try to focus on common goals, not individual goals. When you make
the project members feel comfortable, this will encourage them to
use their minds, stimulate their effective thinking, and the desire to
try everything new. But if you view them as your opponents, this will
put them on the defensive and thus encourage them to be your
enemies.
7- Think More:
You must put things in perspective; That is, understanding where
you want to end up and how and what to do in order to be helped to
get there, you can share your opinion with others.
8- Consider the details:
