2. The difference between the poor people mindset and the rich people mindset. Is that they both
have differing perception on life. For example the poor people mindset is about how their life is
very difficult. Challenges are being thrown at them that have never been done before from their
perspective. Some may call this as playing victim. It essentially means that the people with this
mind set blame everyone else for their downfall. While rich people mindset is about pursuing
your goals. Like in business invest, negotiate and build something that you can be proud of.
Something that will potentially help others.
3. What is innovation content? It is something that is said to give something more credibility as
well bring attention to us.
4. The first innovative idea for CE is to have a sort of meeting on how we should go about a
project. Essentially a planning phase but with more responses. The second one for EE is the
same thing but also having ideas for better safety procedures during the job.
5. What role does innovation and leadership play in strategic management? They play a very
important role. Because without innovation then we wouldn’t be able to come up with other
plans that can be better than the initial one. And without leadership the whole operation can
become unorganized.
