RE: APPLICATION FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAMME

By means of this letter, I would like to share with you my interest in applying for the Graduate
Trainee Programme. As you will see from my attached resume, I have attained a Bachelor in
Commerce Honors degree, Risk Management and Insurance. With 2+ years of experience in the
insurance industry, I am equipped with a strong affinity for attention to detail and data
management. With a drive for seeking solutions, I believe my skills and expertise would make me
an ideal candidate for the job.

Leadership, communication, innovation and client management have been my core competencies
and strengths. For example, in my current position as claims administrator, l have worked directly
with the digital team in automation of our claims process as well as streamlining it in such a way
that will get the job done effectively and timeously. Additionally, my experience working within
the life assurance sector has trained me to surpass the expectations of the customer, delivering
‘more than the promise’. My ability to learn quickly, adapt and follow through would be a valuable
asset.

These experiences have not only proved my commitment to excellence, but have also developed
my ability to communicate effectively and maintain a solutions-based demeanour. Additionally,
I am determined to work hard, and demonstrate my work ethic in any role.
