SERGI JIMÉNEZ MASMARTÍ

WRITING A STORY

It all started when I arrived to Billund, a small town in Denmark, with baggage in each
hand, in a typical Danish winter night.

We left the airport as fast as possible in order to rent a taxi and go to the hotel earlier,
but surprise, the only way to rent a taxi was online or by phone call. Luckily, I found a
taxi phone number, so we called. The call was going well until he asked us for the
name of the hotel, and the hotel had an unpronounceable name. We tried to say the
name a couple of times, but they didn't understand us, so I asked a girl who was
passing by, if she could help me to order the taxi, and the girl helped us very kindly.
After a while we saw how our taxi finally arrived. When we got into the taxi, we
showed him the photo of the hotel, and the taxi driver told us that he knew him
because he lived very close to there.

After half an hour we arrived at the hotel, frozen and very sleepy, but we finally arrived
our destination.
