4 Conclusions
A 10-Gbps EML BOSA comprised of an EML TOSA and
APD ROSA for a 10-Gbps PON OLT system was success-
fully fabricated and demonstrated by introducing a novel
XMD compatible two-window flat package in an attempt to
enhance the mechanical reliability and cooling performance.
