Humans to Technology. This year the conference is hosted in my very own home town of Chennai, by the PMI
Chennai Chapter.

We live in an age where technology plays an increasingly important role in our lives and businesses. It is through
innovation that we can unlock its full potential and bring about positive change. As project managers, we are
uniquely poised with the opportunity to connect humans to technology and bridge the gap between what is possible
and what is needed.

conference. Thanks for coming and choosing to attend this conference

The famous Thirukkural (no.427 from “Arivudaimai” chapter ) says

It means The wise are those who know beforehand what will happen and take action accordingly; those who do not
know this are the unwise.

The Artificial Intelligence is already here and it’s our responsibility that we act wisely and foresee how it’s going to
change the way we operate. And while this technological advances are great it’s important that we should not loose
the human connectivity to it . And hence PMI South Asia and the PMI chennai chapter have chosen the theme
“Innovation in Action: Connecting Humans to Technology” for this event.

This conference is filled with various formats of knowledge delivery spread over two days, like Keynotes, panel
discussions, master class , parallel tracks etc. Apart from these learning opportunities the delegates will also have
the opportunity to network with more than 800 delegates from various industries and different locations . So a

Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter hosted the prestigious Project Management South Asia Regional
Mega Conference (#PMSAC23), on the theme “Innovation in Action: Connecting Human and Technology” on 2nd and
3rd September 2023 at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai. The Delegate Experience track is part of the PMSAC23
Organizing Committee and is dedicated to providing the delegates, with a great experience of the Conference,
committed to giving participants a wonderful conference experience and delightful memories to carry with them and
recall beyond the conference.

Volunteers: Highly appreciate the untiring efforts of all our volunteers - Anil Kumar Sandrapuri, Radha

Bring Smile – The heartwarming Delegate Activity Booth

PMSAC23 infused its proceedings with a noble cause. Partnering with the Shine Hearts Foundation, a children's
home in Chennai, the conference hosted a Delegate Activity Booth to help these needy children.

understanding the basic needs of these underprivileged children and in making personalized kits. Delegates have

came to fruition when the PMI Chennai Chapter team visited the Children's Home post the Conference and shared
the kits filled with love and kindness to the children directly. Their joy knew no boundaries, as much as they were
excited receiving the kits and were motivated by the beautiful messages written by Conference delegates. Their
radiant smiles brought this heartwarming endeavor to life.

Eco-friendly Return Gifts – Sustainable Gestures

PMSAC23 took a step toward sustainability by gifting delegates seed balls. All they have to do is to throw the seed
balls out of the window when travelling by car or train, in a vacant sunny land. The soil & fertilizer combined to
make a ball and containing Mountain Neem, Cassia fistula, Tamarind, Pongamia Pinnata, and Gooden tree seeds,
that could be planted to nurture the growth of majestic trees. This eco-friendly gesture left a lasting impact,
reminding us of our responsibility to the environment.

Cultural Richness – Bharatanatyam Welcome to the delegates

The conference opened with a mesmerizing Bharatanatyam performance, paying homage to the rich cultural heritage
of South India. This cultural immersion captivated the hearts of attendees and garnered well-deserved accolades.
This fantastic Bharatanatyam performance was brought to life by the talented students of Kairali Nritha Kalalayam Art

of this tour was a testament to the meticulous planning and execution ensuring every aspect, from factory approvals,
