I have continued all of the practices that I described previously. I have improved in my
ability to take account for student outcomes by more effectively utilizing assessments to
determine readiness and altering my instruction. I have also more effectively supported
my SPED and EL students by integrating more scaffolding into the curriculum. I have
also become more familiar with school and district policies and am more confident in
enforcing policies like how to use Chromebooks and dress code violations.
