I decided to tell you how to make lasagna. First, onions, carrots and minced meat are fried
in oil,I use soy as a substitute for meat because I don't eat meat, but it doesn't matter which
of these two you put. When it is fried, we add spices as pepper, salt, garlic, parsley... At the
end, mashed tomatoes and a little sugar are added. Then we cook macaroni in boiling water
and drain them. Finally, make the bechamel sauce. It is made by melting margarine, adding
flour and frying it a little over a low heat, and finally adding milk and nutmeg. The sauce
should not be too thin but not too thick. After that, we sort it all out. First macaroni, then
tomato sauce, then besamel, then all that again, and add grated cheese on top of it at the
end. This is baked for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven and served warm.
