Brief Description of the Project

El Camión Sabroso is a Mexican food truck that aims to bring Mexico's authentic

flavors and vibrant culinary culture to Ormoc City Plaza in the Philippines. We aim to

provide affordable, delicious Mexican cuisine, catering to locals. With a carefully crafted

menu, exceptional customer service, and a convenient location, we aim to become the go-

to destination for Mexican food in Ormoc City.

Company Logo

El Camión Sabroso’s logo represents a Taco showing the Mexican cuisine offered

by the business itself. The meaning of El Camión Sabroso, "El Camión" means "The

Truck" in Spanish, and "Sabroso" means "Delicious". It's a playful and fun name that

captures the essence of the food truck's Mexican cuisine.

Brief Profile of the Entrepreneur


The business is proposed by the Grade 11 STEM- Newton of Ormoc City Senior

High School namely Allen Dinber N. Juntilla, Roland Benedict Lago, Elisha B. Jumao-

as, Rex Son Labuga, Christine Kate Jombed, Shanice Kaye T. Jayme, and Alexa O.

Larrazabal that will add a unique pallet of food in Ormoc City. Mr. Juntilla is from Brgy.
Libertad, Mr. Lago is from Punta Ville, Tambulilid, Ms. Jumao-as is from Lao, Ms.

Jayme is from St. Nino, Ms. Jombed is from Linao, and Ms. Larrazabal is from Tent City.

They came up with this kind of venture because it will be unique in the taste of the

market. It has an interesting name that will leave the customers questioning their selves

“What does it mean?” and would try it and it will be marketable as the result of

conducting a feasibility study.

BACKGROUND AND BUSINESS CONCEPT


El Camión Sabroso is a Mexican food truck that aims to bring Mexico's vibrant

flavors and rich culinary traditions to Ormoc City in the Philippines. The founders of El

Camión Sabroso have a deep passion for Mexican cuisine and a desire to introduce the

authentic taste of Mexico to the local community and visitors alike. With their expertise

in Mexican cooking techniques and a commitment to using high-quality ingredients, they

envision creating a unique dining experience that transports customers to the streets of

Mexico.

El Camión Sabroso offers a mobile dining experience that combines convenience,

authenticity, and exceptional flavors. The food truck is designed to replicate the vibrant

ambiance of Mexican street food culture, where locals and tourists can gather, indulge in

delicious Mexican fare, and immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and tastes of

Mexico.

El Camión Sabroso will offer a diverse menu of authentic Mexican dishes,

carefully prepared using fresh and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Some

of our signature offerings will include:


Tacos: Soft corn tortillas filled with a variety of options, such as grilled meats (beef,

chicken, pork), vegetables, and flavorful salsas.

Burritos: Large flour tortillas wrapped around savory fillings, including rice, beans,

meat, cheese, and salsa.

Nachos: Crispy tortilla chips topped with cheese, beans, meat, salsa, guacamole, and sour

wide range of customers. Along with competitive pricing, we will emphasize the value

customers receive by offering generous portion sizes, fresh ingredients, and customizable

options.

Our food stop will be located in the Ormoc city plaza, given that the actual location

is near schools and offices, the target market and suppliers will have easy access to our

location.

The product or services are promoted to increase the customers' awareness of the
