Objective/Agenda Conduct the First Quarter Program Implementation Review;
Present PIR data under Acess, Equity, and Quality through a
dashboard; and
Identify and address related school issues, gaps, and
problems concerning the abovementioned pillars.
Highlight of the Activity The first quarter School Monitoring, Evaluation, and
Adjustment (SMEA) for CY 2024 has been conducted among
which are highlighted during the meeting:

The importance of the conduct of SMEA was underscored,


that is, to provide objective information that can inform
decision-making for continuously improving organizational
performance for efficient and effective fulfilment of the
division mandate, and delivery of education services to
achieve the desired output and sustainability of education
outcomes. Hence, good leadership is put into practice and
accountability which leads to school improvement.

The SMEA coordinators from Salog annex, Bachao annex


and main campus presented data under Access, Equity, and
Quality through a dashboard respectively. The corresponding
Key Performance Indicators were presented graphical,
tabular and textual PowerPoint Presentation for easy
understanding in the delivery of data elements.

Based on the reports, it was evident that most of the


indicators have improved especially on the results of the
second quarter MPS for school year 2023 – 2024 for majority
of the learning areas as compared to the first quarter.

Observations, clarifications, queries, and suggestions about


the SMEA reports were brought up in the open forum.

Issues concerning literacy and numeracy level, Learners at


Risk of Dropping Out (LARDOs), enrollment gap in the LIS,
and SBM level of practice were taken into considerations
during review proper. Corresponding possible solutions and
recommendations of the teachers to the issues, concerns,
gaps and problems reflected in the presentation were
successfully addressed. Each of the identified gaps was dealt
with appropriate treatment conducted as resolutions were
formulated collaboratively.
