    I am wri ng to inform you that I will be termina ng my lease agreement for the property located at
    Juffair, The Storm. According to the terms of our lease agreement, I am required to provide a no ce
    period, usually 30 days' no ce. Therefore, this le er serves as my 30 days' no ce of termina on, with
