    Good day!

    I, Joan G. Velarde, am writing this letter to explain my absence on December 28 and


    December 29, 2023.

    I requested leave for these dates as I was preparing for my wedding on December
    30, 2023. On December 28, we were busy with wedding preparations, including
    organizing souvenirs and other essentials, and also took some time to pamper
    ourselves before the big day.

    As for December 29, we had planned to attend confession at the church in the
    morning. Unfortunately, we were delayed as my husband's father was in the hospital.
    Consequently, we had our confession in the afternoon and then checked into
    Marikina Hotel in preparation for the wedding.

    I have attached some pictures taken on those days and screenshots of messages as
    evidence.
