BELLIXIE’S ARMOIRE
Bellixie’s Armoire is a clothing store located at A. Martin St. San Joaquin, Santa Ana,
Pampanga. You can see it along the way while you’re riding a car or just passing by while
walking. They provide authentic, branded, overruns and high quality products as to which the
consumers love to purchase. They are offering you prices that are 5x to 10x cheaper than mall prices, but
please be reminded that these are factory overruns and mall pull outs. That's why they are less expensive
compared to mall prices. As we go through this case study of the researchers from the BSA 3-B of
Holy Cross College, we will be able to determine their capacity in the clothing industry.

❖ They offer quality and trending items
❖ Brand Visibility and Image:
➔ A store in a prominent location contributes to brand visibility. It becomes a recognizable
part of the community, building a positive image and trust among customers, which is
crucial for long-term success. Since they’ve been selling for a while, they already have
repeat consumers which is an advantage for them.

❖ Location
➔ Since their location is far from the market and it is along the way, it’s hard to catch the
attention of the consumers who don’t know the place and their location.
❖ Short-staffed
➔ They only have 1-2 employees who work with them from opening to closing.
❖ Lack of management of sales data and irregular arrangement of clothing products, which
can lead to difficulties in finding and retrieving items quickly
❖ Lack of space for their stocks
➔ Design problems in the internal space, such as the accumulation of spaces in the display
and congestion of customer corridors, which can hinder sales and customer flow.
Strategies Applied
They are also offering special deals such as discounts and sales items, which is one of
their strategies to attract customers and gain their loyalty. Through this strategy, the business’
reputation may be boosted, and it may also achieve customer satisfaction since discounts and
sales items encourage customers to buy a lot of products.
In addition, it is very essential for businesses to have a good relationship with their
customers. So in this shop, they also have strategies in terms of communication with their
customers, like the way they introduce and market their items or products to them. Also, they
greet every customer who enters their shops and saying thank you whenever they purchase an
item.

When customers are asking for an item/product that they don’t have or offer, they tend to
offer and show them something that looks similar.
With that, they handle possible circumstances by ensuring clear communication with
customers about their product details, sizes, and any additional information they may need. They
are also keeping up with and staying updated on fashion trends to attract more customers.
Bellixie's Armoire Store has responsive customer service to address queries promptly, especially
when they do online selling, backup equipment, and reliable access to the internet in case of
technical difficulties during live selling sessions. To avoid overselling, they are updating
inventory regularly. Additionally, they are creating a strong online presence and adapting to
digital marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement.
Employees are the most valuable asset a company or a small business could have, so
most of the time they give them small rewards for their hard work. For the business to run
smoothly, they always give clear directions and we regularly check their performance. They give
feedback on their work and we always ask for their opinion and judgment.
The employment relationship between employer and employee is crucial for small
businesses, as it influences employee satisfaction, retention, and the ability of the owner to
handle offsite duties. Since the apparel store's launch, the owner of Bellixie's Armoire had a
close relationship with her worker. Their connection improved corporate performance as well as
contributing to her employees' well-being. As part of typical business operations, their store
encounters circumstances that strengthen their trust in one another; nonetheless, if there are any
disagreements, they resolve things as soon as possible. As professionalism develops, the
boundaries between the owner and the employee are always present, as is mutual respect.
It is important to create a bond with your employees as you all are in a close relationship.
And since it is a small enterprise, you should learn how to make them comfortable so they can
work without worries. With all that being said, you should also create a boundary between them.
Just the exact amount of intimacy between the owner, employees, and most especially among
consumers.
