Culture, System and Reputation (CSR)

Company Culture is important to employees. Culture is the sum of everything you

and your colleagues think, say, and do as you work together: shared workplace
behaviours, beliefs, values, attitudes, standards, and purposes. It impacts
engagement, employee satisfaction, business success, and improved morale. One
CSR (One Culture, One System and One Reputation) is created and applied
throughout the Mengly J. Quach Education Plc.

1. Culture:
Culture refers to what you see, how people behave and how people speak to
