TERMS, CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

No Refunds. All PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS are final. You

recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a
refund for any subscription paid to and received by
Freelance Academy under any circumstances, nor it
shall process a refund or pro-rate fees in the event of
termination or suspension of this Agreement.
Partial/down payments, if any, are not refundable.
Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable
under any circumstances, including but not limited to
the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason.

Any paid subscription are convertible only as future fees for use of the Services and are
not convertible into cash or any type of refund.

Freelance Academy shall not also be liable to any refund claims by reason of fortuitous event,
such as, but not limited to earthquakes, floods, thunderstorms, fire, pandemic, war, rebellion or
any form of insurgency and any other form of event or external causes beyond the control of
Freelance Academy.
A subscriber who has paid any amount, whether partial or in full, shall ONLY be entitled to
refund in the event that Freelance Academy unilateral terminates the agreed service(s)
subscribed to by the subscriber without any justifiable cause. Requests for a refund under this
circumstance can only be made in writing, addressed to Freelance Academy’s principal business
address.

And a subscriber who has not fully paid the full amount of the training within 3 months upon
enrollment, all benefits from the training such as being included in the batch group, releasing
of certificates, and accessing all learning materials will be removed.
