having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the OWNER of MTP CONSUMER GOODS TRADING, a company registered with
the Department of Industry with DTI Certificate No. 1936097, dated July 20, 2020.
2. From July 2020 up to present the said company has no commercial operations.
3. Because the company has no operations, it has not derived any income.
4. This affidavit is executed for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
5. This affidavit is likewise voluntarily executed by me to the truth of all the foregoing.
