WARRANTY:
All our supplies will be warranty against any manufacturer's faulty materials and workmanship for a
period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or delivery respectively whichever expire first.
This warranty will be limited to only replacement of parts justify defective due to manufacturer's fault
and installation works and will not include claims of any sort such as loss of perishable products, down
time, labor to replace parts, freight and etc.
Warranty will expired power supply 3phase under 380 voltage & 1phase under 190 voltage, human
error and natural effected case.

Exclude:
- All submission to relevant authorities for approval;
- Import duties, taxes and all inland transport to site;
- Any works and supply not mentioned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Price: In US Dollars (USD), (Money Ex-change rate is based on daily market rate.)
Item 1 Ex-Jiangsu Warehouse Basis, China. (MMK Account Bank Transfer is accepted and
USD money is received cash ONLY.)
Delivery: Approximately 1 month upon order confirmation and receipt of downpayment.
(Estimated 1 month is factory production lead time).
Payment: 50% down payment upon order confirmation.
50% final payment upon before shipments.
Validity: 14 days from date of this offer.
Warranty: 12 months for New Chiller Unit.
Remark: Any discrepancy of quantities from above offer will be charged as additional.
