Session 1. Reflect on the progress made in understanding and cultivating hope
Objectives: throughout the month.
2. Identify personal strategies for maintaining hope in challenging
circumstances.
3. Share insights and experiences with classmates to inspire collective hope.
III. TEACHING STRATEGIES
