Dear Sir/Maam ,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the delay in the delivery of my


Order . I placed an order with your company on December 12, 2023 , and I was
Informed that the delivery would be made by December 16, 2023. However,as of
today, December 19 2023, I have still not received my order .

I have tried to contact your company several times to inquire about the status
of my order, but I have not received any response. this delay has caused me
a great deal of inconvenience and frustration, and I would like to request that
you take immediate action to resolve this matter.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and respond to me in


writing as soon as possible. I would like to request compensation for the
inconvenience caused and a satisfactory resolution to the issues raised in this
letter.

I would like to thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. I
look forward to your response
