Subject: WORK SCHEDULE FOR SDO PERSONNEL DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC NEW NORMAL

This is to remind everyone about the standing mandates: CSC MC 10 s.2020 (Revised Interim
Guidelines for Alternative Work Arrangements and Support Mechanisms for Workers in the Government
During the Period of State of National Emergency Due to COVID-19 Pandemic), CSC MC 18 s.2020
(Amendment to the Revised Interim Guidelines for Alternative Work Arrangements and Support
Mechanisms for Workers in the Government during the Period of State of Public Health Emergency due
to COVID-19 Pandemic) and DepEd Order no.11 s.2020 Revised Guidelines on Alternative Work
Arrangements in the Department of Education during the Period of State of National Emergency due to
COVID-19 Pandemic).

All SDO personnel who are 60 years old and above, as well as those with immunodeficiency, co-
morbidities, or other health risk, and pregnant women shall be under Work From Home arrangement,
except when their services are indispensable under the circumstances or when office work is permitted.
