Shared Vision Statement

In the next three years (2023-2026), Ponglo Elementary School

invisions a nurturing learning environment where every learner is
inspired to achieve their full potential and empower young minds with a
strong foundation of knowledge, critical thingking skills and passion for
life long learning.

Literacy instruction in school encompasses the development of

essential macro skills including reading, writing, listening and speaking
that are crucial for effective communication strengthening these skills
contribute to effective communication and collaboration that enables
learners to respond to the diverse learning challenges.

To develop this foundation, the school will explicitly emphasize

comprehensive literacy instruction, fostering a learning environment
where learners develop strong reading, writing and communication
skills. The school will implement effective teaching strategies, engaging
materials and collaborative efforts among educators to ensure every
learner achieves literacy proficiency.
