KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ The conduct the meeting with all departments regarding to meet the Production targets, Raw Material requirements,
General store inventory, Packing Materials , Training of the staff, Plant auxiliary, Plant maintenance schedule, Plant
overhauling, Plant trouble shooting and conduct the minutes of meeting for execution.
▪ Troubleshoot operating problems related to process and non-process conditions.
▪ To generate and analyse safe operating procedure for different jobs such as Shut down, Start-up, Emergency
condition and other routine maintenance jobs at plant.
▪ Monitor daily key operating parameters of the assigned process plants and through DCS.
▪ To handle different kinds of emergencies while maintaining plant routine operation, thus reducing down times.
▪ Find and resolve the different problems in Units.
▪ Suggested different improvement in operating manuals.
▪ Develop reactor section evacuation procedure, master start-up, Laboratory analysis sheet, Supervisor log sheet.
▪ Involved in all activities of reactor section, dry out procedure, catalyst loading, checklist, master/ normal start up,
normal shutdown.
 ▪ Ensure safe job execution, Installation of the Fire Fighting Systems, Installation of Fire Water
Network.
▪ Ensure safe and efficient operation of the Plant to meet production targets, achieve and improve
upon the efficiency targets.
▪ Ensure smooth plant operation as per defined procedures and operating instructions. In the event of plant upsets
emergencies, identify and troubleshoot the causes. Manage, develop and motivate subordinates in the
respective shifts to ensure their objectives are met and develop them to their full potential.
▪ Involved in cooling water line passivation procedure and acid cleaning of compressor lines.
▪ Responsible to implement HSE policies & standards during routine activities
▪ Ensure compliance of Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and legislative requirements of Plants.
▪ Ensure full compliance with safe systems of work and permit to work systems so as to ensure safe
implementation of maintenance work of Plant.
▪ To maintain the all stock of raw material, finish goods, labour requirement and plant inventory on daily basis
accordingly with the production plan and also conducting the monthly and annual audit.
