EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Yay Ta (Bread and Coffee) was created by a group with two members,
second-year students majoring in International Business Management at the Royal
University of Phnom Penh, which we can call RUPP. Yay Ta Shop will be built in
Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and cover a land area of 102 square meters. Within the next two
years, we plan to launch for all customers who come from other places. Additionally, we
have a mission statement that reads, "We offer the customers products and services that
care for, understand, and relate to the classic method. To help the customers feel more
comfortable while having our drink and snack.
The last but not the least, something about competitive advantage, we standing
that include green business model
Last but not least, about competitive advantages, we stand out from other shop
since we let customers inside to get our drink and snack that care and understand them,
and we encourage and big support for academic students, researcher and workers of all
institutions, with other service as likes internet high speed, cold sitting and cold pure
water. Additionally, the groups on our staff will be accountable to the management team,

customers come to our place it like they are practicing green innovation, because our
shop full using solar panels, more natural with classic furniture decor.
According to the plan's outline, Yay Ta Yay Ta (Bread and Coffee) needs $300,00
to cover the necessary expenses for our business.
