Victoria University (VU) regularly produces audio, video and photography (collectively known as materials) of
students and staff for teaching, marketing and advertising purposes. This material is reproduced in many forms,
including:

• in print publications and print advertising

• on posters
• on the VU website
• in VU social media channels
• and occasionally, in outdoor advertising.
By signing below, you consent to VU using your image and/or other materials featuring you, including your name
and your course name for the above purposes, and acknowledge that:
a) VU owns all rights to the images and recordings.
b) You will not be entitled to any payment, unless otherwise agreed.
c) VU may share these materials with third parties, such as newspapers and paid social media
organisations.
d) VU may decide not to use, publish or reproduce any materials of you.
e) You are entitled at any time to withdraw your consent to the above uses by contacting us and we will
discontinue any further use of the image and/or recording.
