Role – Officer Wealth


Grade – B4
Location – Pan India
Reports to – Branch Head
Span Of Control – 0 direct reportees
Job Purpose – The purpose of this role is to acquire new clients and increase engagement of existing
client by providing complete financial planning solutions to them basis their risk and reward appetite
keeping in mind the revenue targets of the branch.
Key Job Responsibilities -
Acquire new clients and Increase engagement of existing client by providing complete financial
planning solutions

 Conduct daily sales calling with prospective new clients and identify their needs. Provide
anddevelop solutions and suggest schemes to clients’ basis their requirements and goal

 Conduct timely and regular follow ups with the leads and tag them on broadcasts and
newarticles

 Increase client database by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing
onesand hence build AUM and AUA for the branch

 Review and diversify existing client portfolio on a regular basis and provide
guidanceaccordingly. Achieve financial goals of the clients through various product line

 Update and cross – sell products to existing clients and update them about the
primary andsecondary market trends

 Update self-regarding all schemes, products and solutions by regularly attending trainings

 Share regular communications with client regarding information, research and material
of theorganization

 Conduct regular marketing activities with the regional marketing and product
team byshowcasing our products and features and generate leads
Achieving Revenue Targets

Ensure that revenue for the total review period meets the target revenue targets
basis thevintage and the guidelines and compliances at Bajaj Capital
 Share daily business data from respective clients with the branch client service officer.
 Ensure and drive high utilization of digital platforms keeping in mind organization ethics.
Knowledge:
 Product Knowledge – have a detailed knowledge of all products related to Life Insurance,
generalinsurance, fixed income, mutual funds
 Wealth/ Portfolio Management – understand client portfolio in terms of their risk and reward
appetiteand assist them to achieve their financial goals

 Financial planning/ Investment Advisory – have thorough financial and sector knowledge as
wellknowledge of competitors, must provide sound and reliable advice to clients
2. Role: Retirement Planning (SWAT Team)
Designation: Retirement Planning Executive / Retirement Planning Associate
Location: Delhi & NCR

Program Structure
 First 2 months Online classroom learning from ICOFP
 3rd and 4th On-the-job training (paid internship) with Bajaj Capital
 5th month onwards you will be coming on roll with Bajaj Capital

During Internship (for 2 months) – 15 k per/month


Salary – 40k per/month (including 85k fee refund) + Incentives – Per month salary for 12
months will be 33000/-

Selection process:
 PMAP assessment followed by Personal interview (panel interview)
 Successful candidate will go through IDWM Program for 2 months (virtual program)
 Placement in Delhi/NCR Swat team (2 months internship followed by
confirm placement)

Job Description
 Attend Retirement / Pre-Retirement webinars as per roster.
 Regular connect with the clients on virtual mode (basis the customized plan
making requests coming through Webinars & other modes)
 Preparing customized pre & post-retirement plan based on the time to their
retirement and after assessing their current investments, goals, needs & risk appetite.
 Explaining the plan to the prospect, allotting lead to suitable RM and coordination
/ follow up with prospect and RM to drive implementation of the plan.
 Get references from prospects / clients for whom plan has been prepared and /
or implement.
 Review Retirement Plan and related Investments at annual intervals

Skills
Persuasive speaking skills: must have the ability to have telephonic/zoom conversations and
capture details accurately and prepare and present a retirement plan. Must be good with
numbers and basic investment concepts, speak confidently, stay positive and offer compelling
arguments that lead to conversions.
Effective Listening: must be able to understand a client’s requirements and provide solutions
for them.
Perseverance – Must be methodical and rigorous in follow ups with prospects and Sales RMs
to ensure plan preparation and implementation.
